MAIN KITCHEN & DINING:

Start your day in the open Kitchen/Dining floor plan new appliances and cooking island. When hunger strikes, head into the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the gas grill outside. Dining room table seating for 8. Entertain in the open dining room with waterfront views while you prepare at the kitchen. Brew some coffee in the morning and step onto one of the decks/patio areas to wake up to bay views and salty air.

COTTAGE KITCHEN AND DEN - GAME ROOM
Second kitchen is separate and you enter from the den, this gives a suite feeling while being private from the main section of the home. There is a table with seating for 6 in this fully equipped kitchen.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

A linen provided fresh sheets, blankets and bath towels for all in-season reservations, and off season reservations for 7 or more nights. Guest need to provide beach towels.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

*Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, and blankets for every reservation. This is free of charge to the renter. Cleaners are spending more time in each home. Cleaners will spend time with the sanitization of high-touch areas (for example, door knobs, wall switches/plates, remotes, lamp switches, appliances (touch-pads and handles). (There is a $200 cleaning fee for off-season reservations only)
